Our Adult Financial Literacy Academy helps adults gain valuable skills to take control of their finances, reduce poverty and positively change lives.
Our Youth Financial Literacy Program is designed to provide students with the basics of money management to set life and financial goals so they can increase their success.
Training is a critical piece in the success of our organization. Through our training sessions, we empower our passionate and dedicated volunteers to serve our community.
FLCCT is an all-volunteer organization. We are grateful to be driven by their passion, commitment, and enthusiasm.

61% of Texans have no rainy day funds to cover expenses in case of an emergency. 51% of Texas residents are living paycheck to paycheck.
In 2017 we provided financial education to 1,472 students and conducted 204 classes through out Central Texas increasing financial wellness in our community.
On average, students rate their knowledge of these subjects at 2.6 out of 4. After taking our classes, the average rating significantly increases to 3.8 out of 4.
It costs us approximately $25 to teach a student and $250 to teach an entire class. $500 covers the cost of a Train the Trainer class.
